Based on the area selected for delivery, we will choose the most suitable courier among SDA, GLS, DHL or FEDEX. Once you have entrusted the goods to the courier, the code to track your package to your home will be sent to your email

Order processing times are normally 3-5 working days for most of the peninsula, and between 5 and 8 working days for the rest of the territory and the major islands.

If you are not present when the courier arrives, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day; if the second step is also unsuccessful, your package will be stored in one of the courier's local depots.
Remember: the package will be available for 7 days starting from the deposit date, beyond this limit it will be returned to our warehouse.
