Penne Ziti Lisce all’arrabbiata a modo mio (Spicy Pasta)

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g PGI Gragnano Penne Ziti Lisce
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 oz Bacon
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • to taste EVO oil
  • to taste Basil
  • to taste Parsley

 

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the olive oil into a pan and fry the garlic, diced bacon and chilli pepper. After a few minutes, add the cherry tomatoes and leave to cook in medium heat.

  2. Meanwhile, cook the PGI Gragnano Penne Ziti Lisce in abundant salted water, drain them al dente (follow cooking time in pack) and toss in the pan together with the sauce. Complete the dish with a sprinkle of chopped basil and parsley and serve! Buon Appetito!
