Penne Ziti Lisce all’arrabbiata a modo mio (Spicy Pasta)

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g PGI Gragnano Penne Ziti Lisce
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 oz Bacon
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • to taste EVO oil
  • to taste Basil
  • to taste Parsley

Preparation

  1. Start by pouring a drizzle of oil into the pan, then add the garlic, the bacon cut into cubes and the chilli pepper, fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes and let them cook.
  2. In the meantime, boil the Penne Ziti Lisce di Gragnano PGI in plenty of salted water, draining them al dente.
    At this point, add them to the sauce and sauté everything in the pan. To make the dish even tastier, add finely chopped basil and parsley and serve.
